Your new roleOUr client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join their HR team within a fast-paced professional services environment. Responsibilities include acct as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing timely and accurate support.Ensure HR processes are followed consistently and in line with policy and legislation.Support the coordination and administration of employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, changes, leavers).Assist with ER case management, including note-taking, scheduling, and documentation.Prepare and submit accurate payroll inputs in collaboration with Finance.Maintain and audit HR data to ensure accuracy and compliance.Produce regular and ad-hoc HR reports to support business insights and decision-making.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and quality across HR operations.What you'll need to succeedCIPD qualified (or working towards), or a degree in Human Resources or a related fieldStrong attention to detail with a process-driven mindsetHighly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectivelyProactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independentlySolid understanding of HR processes and UK employment lawProfessional and approachable, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of the businessWhat you'll get in returnYou'll have the opportunity to join a small HR team where you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and have exposure to stakeholders at various levels.
