This is an Associate Director level position.
We Seek
An exceptionally proactive, creative and insightful Talent Development specialist. A background in other HR disciplines is a real bonus as this helps us build the best possible learning outcomes for Savills. This highly varied role is a blend of programme design and management, business partnering, training delivery and facilitation, as a result this is a hybrid working role with circa 3 days a week in our Head Office, London.
Requirements
- At least 8 years’ experience in learning/ talent development, with a strong track record in programme management
- Demonstrable expertise in stakeholder management and ability to influence at senior levels
- Expertise in management and leadership development (executive coaching desirable)
- A confident, credible presence with excellent facilitation skills
- A creative, collaborative and proactive mindset with a passion for innovation in learning
- Deep knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
