You will provide strategic and operational HR support across both business and fee-earning teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded HR professional to take ownership of their client groups and play a key role in driving people initiatives within a collaborative, people-focused environment.
Reporting to the Head of HR, the you will build strong relationships with partners, managers, and employees to deliver trusted advice across the full employee lifecycle. You'll have the autonomy to influence key HR decisions while working closely with senior stakeholders on initiatives spanning employee relations, performance, inclusion, wellbeing, and talent development.
This is a broad, varied role where you'll work on both day-to-day HR matters and wider people projects that shape the firm's culture and growth.
Key Responsibilities -
Partner with leaders to deliver proactive HR support and guidance.

Advise on employee relations, performance, and workforce planning.

Drive engagement, diversity, and wellbeing initiatives.

Lead on recruitment, onboarding, and development activities.

Manage HR processes, including flexible working, parental leave, and succession planning.

Support the continuous improvement of HR policies and practices.

Collaborate on firm-wide projects including reward, inclusion, and policy reviews.
About You The ideal candidate will bring:

Proven experience as an HR Advisor or HR Officer (ideally within professional services)

Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

A proactive, commercial approach with the confidence to influence and advise.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience).
