As HR Manager, you'll oversee a small, dedicated HR team and act as the go to person for managers and employees, providing expert guidance across all core HR matters. You'll ensure HR documentation, policies, and procedures are up-to-date and aligned with global and regional standards.Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering key elements of the people plan: recruitment, induction, reward schemes, performance management, and talent reviews.
- Leading recruitment campaigns, from drafting job ads to managing interview logistics and onboarding.
- Coordinating pre-employment checks and producing contracts and associated documentation.
- Supporting the business with employee relations and day-to-day HR queries.
