Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst - 12 months contract
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst to join our clients Talent Acquisition Operations team. Working in a large financial services business you'll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values innovation and continuous improvement. This role is pivotal in driving process optimisation and ensuring compliance across UK and APAC regions. You will lead strategic projects, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and contribute to building efficient, compliant recruitment processes in a dynamic, evolving environment.
London based - 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategic plans to optimise Talent Acquisition processes.
- Ensure compliance with regional employment legislation and regulatory requirements (e.g., UK Equality Act 2010, GDPR, Employment Rights Act 1996).
- Oversee and manage key projects, including planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Conduct process analysis and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including HR teams and hiring managers.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Stay current with changes in employment law and advise on implications.
Essential Skills & Experience - 5-7 years in Talent Acquisition Operations.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (including executive-level engagement).
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred).
- Process-oriented with proven ability to analyse and design new workflows.
