Recruitment Administrator with experience using TRAC - to start ASAP.

- Pay Rate: £13.00 - £14.50 per hour (Depending on experience)
We are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to provide efficient and professional administrative support to the Recruitment and People Shared Services Teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth and timely recruitment and onboarding process, adhering to our policies and national employment standards. The ideal candidate will have experience using TRAC.
This role is offered on a 100% REMOTE basis and is to start ASAP.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment or HR administration.
- Experience using TRAC
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in using HR information systems and tools.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection requirements.
- Experience in handling NHS Employment Check Standards is desirable.
Day-to-day of the role:
Recruitment Administration:
- Manage the processing of offline applications, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and tracked.
- Support online assessment sessions, including scheduling, coordination, and candidate communications.
- Draft and issue correspondence to candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers in compliance with GDPR.
- Assist hiring managers with interview scheduling, shortlisting, and handling candidate queries.
Onboarding & Pre-Employment Checks:
- Initiate and monitor pre-employment checks in line with standards, including right to work, DBS, and references.
- Follow up with candidates and third parties to complete outstanding checks.
- Prepare and issue conditional offer letters and contracts of employment.
- Maintain accurate onboarding records and ensure readiness for start dates.
- Escalate any delays or risks to the Recruitment Manager to minimise impact on service delivery.
Team & Process Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the Recruitment Team.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with HR, Operations, and teams to support workforce planning and service needs.
