Quality Management / Compliance Specialist
- Location: Circa of the West Midlands / office and working from home.
- Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a Quality Management Specialist to enhance our operational excellence and ensure compliance with ISO standards. This role involves developing processes, supporting site operations, managing quality systems, and conducting internal audits. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining high standards of quality and safety across our sites.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Develop and improve processes and procedures to align with organizational standards.
- Support sites with initial process flows for new operations before handover to operations teams.
- Provide quality management support for local sites, including support for ISO 9001, Essential.
- 14001, 45001, and 27001 good to have.
- Take accurate minutes during management reviews and safety committee meetings.
- Conduct internal audits, raise Corrective Action Requests (CARs), and follow through with validation and monitoring reports.
- Participate in and liaise during external audits and inspections with entities like LRQA or customers.
- Assist with the identification and resolution of general quality issues in collaboration with site management teams.
- Report accidents and incidents appropriately.
- Conduct quarterly inspections of sites, identify non-conformities, and ensure corrective and preventative actions are effective.
- Measure system performance, raise non-conformances, specify corrective and preventative actions, and follow up on validations for CARs raised.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality management or a related field.
- Strong ability to communicate and listen at all levels.
- Innovative, flexible, and analytical with a drive for results and meeting targets.
- Auditor skills or experience, with a preference for those with internal auditor qualifications in QMS, EMS, or OHSAS.
- Desirable qualifications include NEBOSH or IOSH, Six Sigma/Lean/Kaizen awareness, and experience in audit tools and techniques.
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally to other sites across the UK.
