My client in Greater London are looking to appoint a talented HR Project Manager on a Contract basis.
To lead and deliver HR projects related to organisational restructuring, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, compliance with HR policies, and effective stakeholder engagement. The role will manage end-to-end project delivery, including consultation, job design, and implementation of change.

- Salary: £500 per day, Inside IR35

About the role:
Based in Greater London (Hybrid):
- Plan, execute, and monitor HR restructure projects from initiation to completion
- Act as the primary liaison between HR, senior management, and staff
- Coordinate job evaluation processes and ensure indicative grading
- Support redundancy planning, redeployment strategies, and workforce transition
About you:You will have the following experiences:
- Extensive experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in HR project management, ideally within restructuring or organisational change
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment law, and job evaluation frameworks
- Local Authority experience is essential
