- Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time. Option for part-time (minimum 30 hours per week) and job share.

About the Job
As a Human Resources Manager, you will:
- Manage multiple disciplinary, grievance, and attendance management cases.
- Work autonomously, ensuring all procedures are followed to Maritime & Coastguard Agency standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage cases effectively.
- Lead and implement policy changes and manage an Employee Relations Advisor.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- CIPD Level 5 or willingness to work towards it.
- Proven experience in Employee Relations casework management.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Employment Law.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
