Pay: £450 - £650 day rate

Location: North LondonOur client is seeking an experienced Interim HR leader to provide maternity cover as Senior Manager, People Partner for the Global Franchise Group.
The Global group has approximately 250 senior employees operating with global remits across multiple functions. This role therefore requires exceptional ability to navigate a complex, matrix organisation while ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation.
This role reports to the Senior HR Director, Strategy & Alignment with one HR Supervisor position supporting day to day operations - both individuals are also based in North London.Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and global People Partners, ensuring alignment with UK policies while supporting broader functional priorities.
- Stakeholder Influence: Build strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders unfamiliar with UK processes, providing timely guidance and solutions.
- Agility & Risk Management: Respond to late-breaking issues, pivot quickly to protect both company and employee interests while maintaining strategic perspective.
- Team Leadership: Coach and develop one direct report, fostering growth and building capability.
- Transformation Support: Enable adoption of new global people systems (SuccessFactors) and ways of working, guiding stakeholders through change. System will launch in UK/I April 2026 but there is work throughout the duration of the interim assignment to prepare and execute the change management.
- Lead progress on our culture objectives for our Global UK population
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to UK employment law and internal policies, mitigating risk in a complex global environment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Seasoned interim experience with demonstrable ability to quickly navigate new industry and organisation dynamics.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and operate effectively in a global, matrix organisation
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working independently and managing ambiguity.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Experience in change management, talent strategies, and executive coaching.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and strategic thinking skills.
