About the RoleWe are looking for a Resourcing & Talent Acquisition Support Officer to join the HR team and provide essential administrative support across the full recruitment life cycle. This role is key to ensuring smooth and efficient processes for both hiring managers and candidates, helping deliver a high-quality resourcing service.
You will work closely with Resourcing and Talent Acquisition Advisers, supporting recruitment campaigns, coordinating advertising, maintaining systems, and ensuring candidates remain engaged throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support for recruitment campaigns from start to finish
- Liaise with advertising partners and assist with social media content
- Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment intranet pages
- Organise interview panels, assessments, and recruitment events
- Track redeployment activity and produce reports on recruitment metrics
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives and job fairs
- Respond to service-related queries and escalate where necessary
- Assist with onboarding processes and candidate engagement
About You- Previous experience in HR or recruitment administration
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
- Confident using MS Office and HR systems (e.g., Oracle Recruitment Cloud)
- Knowledge of project management principles and ability to monitor deadlines
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and candidate screening
