strong command of payroll operations and hands-on experience with HiBob are
non-negotiable requirements for this position. You will support payroll reporting across multiple regions and maintain accurate, compliant employee data using HiBob daily — making confidence and capability in both areas critical to success.Acting as the first point of contact for HR queries, you will maintain accurate records, uphold compliance, and provide operational support that enhances the employee experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesHR Administration - Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team.
- Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (especially HiBob) including starters, leavers, and contractual changes.
- Manage electronic filing and HR documentation to ensure full compliance.
- Oversee the HR inbox and calendar and respond to queries professionally.
- Keep HR documentation and intranet content current and well organised.
- Act as first point of contact for reference requests.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and metrics.
- Draft employment contracts, offer letters, and change letters.
- Support SMCR/FCA/MRT file updates.
Recruitment, Onboarding & Offboarding - Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including payroll, pension and benefits administration.
- Manage onboarding logistics including HRIS entry, pre-employment checks, IT setup, and induction support.
- Support recruitment activity (advertising, reviewing CVs, interview coordination).
- Serve as first point of contact for onboarding queries.
Payroll & Benefits(Essential focus of this role) - Support and update payroll reporting across multiple global regions — accuracy and confidence here are vital.
- Manage benefits administration globally, liaising with brokers and addressing employee queries.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of global benefits plans.
- Work closely with HRBPs and Payroll Managers to ensure flawless monthly cycles.
Projects & Compliance - Assist with system setup and updates for engagement surveys and performance processes.
- Troubleshoot HR system issues (particularly in HiBob).
- Support compliance processes including SMCR checks and regulatory referencing.
- Partner with Compliance on regulated role requirements.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience - Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar HR ops role.
- Strong payroll experience is essential (multi-region exposure highly advantageous).
- Hands-on HiBob experience is essential — daily usage in previous roles required.
- Knowledge of employment law (desirable).
- Exceptional organisation, accuracy, and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent communication, discretion and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
