Our client is a small but impactful charity dedicated to empowering boys and young men through emotional and practical support, helping them thrive and build positive futures.
They are seeking a HR Manager to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis. You’ll work remotely most of the time, with just two visits to the London office each month for team collaboration and key meetings.

Salary £48,000 - £50,000 per annum pro rota
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the HR point of contact and provide advice to the senior leadership team
- Lead on HR policy review, implementation, and salary benchmarking
- Maintain and implement effective HR systems
- Review and update HR and Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Manage the full employee lifecycle
- Lead recruitment campaigns and oversee onboarding
- Draft contracts and staff correspondence
- Prepare monthly payroll submissions, including benefit scheme amendments
- Support managers with inductions, training, grievance, and disciplinary processes
- Maintain records of mandatory training and report gaps to senior management
About you
- Previous HR experience within a charity or similar environment
- CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
- Confident in providing practical HR advice and solutions
