- Be the guardian of compliance—ensuring all HR practices align with employment law, internal policies, and regulatory standards.

- Provide expert guidance to managers and staff on all things compliance.
- Keep leadership informed with clear, insightful reports.
- Represent the organisation confidently during external audits and inspections.
�? What You’ll Bring:
- Solid experience in HR compliance, employment law, or a similar HR role.
- A strong grasp of UK employment legislation and GDPR.
- Impeccable attention to detail and top-tier organisational skills.
- Confident communication style with the ability to influence and advise.
- CIPD Level 3+ or equivalent experience is a big plus.
