Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Employee Relations (ER) case management to resolve issues effectively.
- Drive succession planning efforts to ensure a robust talent pipeline.
- Manage change initiatives to support organisational transformation.
- Collaborate on workforce planning and organisational redesign to meet future business needs.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to promote a positive HR culture.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in Employee Relations (ER) case management.
- Strong background in succession planning and change management.
- Expertise in workforce planning and organisational redesign.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset that embraces challenges.
- CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification is essential.
