Reed HR are working with a Marine Tech company based in Central London to recruit a Talent Acquisition Advisor on a full time, Permanent basis. Salary on offer anything up to £45,000 per annum. This job will operate on the hybrid working model, with some days based in the office and the rest from home each week.
The main responsibilities of this job will be to identify hiring needs and source candidates to fulfil vacancies across the business. This will be an end-to-end recruitment role, from advertising a vacancy, to CV sifting, taking part on interview panels, through to offer and onboarding successful candidates.
Some of the roles and responsibilities of this job are as follows:
- Identify future hiring requirements and proactively pipeline candidates accordingly.
- Build relationships with stakeholders and managers, ensuring adapting to specific requirements when needed.
- Coordinate recruitment activities including posting job adverts and shortlisting CVs.
- Schedule interviews and take part in screening/interviewing candidates as appropriate.
- Headhunt and source candidates for hard to fill or niche roles on platforms such as LinkedIn
- Onboard successful candidates offered, including sending out offer letters, contracts and setting them up on the HR System.
- Perform any adhoc duties as required by the line manager.
This is a professional and demanding Talent Acquisition role, and to be successful it is ideal that you have the following skills and experience:
- CIPD qualification or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field.
- Good background in Agency or Internal Recruitment
- Experience working with ATS systems, and a variety of recruitment processes
- The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
