HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER REQUIRED
A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a rapidly expanding, modern, mid sized legal firm in the Essex/East London area.
Applicants will have previous experience as an HR Manager in the LEGAL INDUSTRY, have a good understanding of the intricacies of running a successful legal practice.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Hiring staff and onboarding
Employee relations
Training and development
Policy development and compliance
Performance management
Strategic planning
Our client is seeking someone full time and office based, the successful applicant will work closely with the management team to implement policies and strategies that help the business to grow and continue to be an outstanding place to work. The firm have impressive offices, free parking and they are a close knit team.
This is a standalone role and the successful applicant will need to be pragmatic in their approach, CIPD qualifications are desirable but not essential. Previous experience in a mid to large sized law firm is an absolute must.
