Reward Manager to join our clients People Operations team and play a pivotal role in shaping how they attract, motivate, and retain talent across
4 regions! This is a hands-on role with opportunity to make a real impact, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and loves building structure from complexity. As this role will manage a team which manages Compensation, Benefits and Payroll activities, you will need a solid understanding of all elements of the function.
What you'll have the opportunity to do in this role: - Lead the full Reward agenda globally – including pay reviews, benchmarking, bonus cycles, and benefits across 14 countries.
- Own a major Global Payroll RFP from start to finish – drive the process to select and implement a new global payroll provider, ensuring a smooth transformation.
- Oversee payroll and benefits operations – ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple geographies.
- Manage & develop a small team – 2 Compensation & Benefits Specialists and 1 Payroll Specialist, uplifting their capabilities and making them the go-to experts.
- Bring clarity and prioritisation – assess current processes, identify gaps, and create a roadmap for improvement.
- Drive improvements – across benefits, reward cycles, Workday processes, and compliance.
- Shape reward strategy – work closely with the Head of Reward & Operations, who values collaboration and autonomy.
- Use data to influence decisions – reporting through Workday and finding creative ways to bring insights to life.
What You’ll Bring - Proven experience in Reward, Compensation & Benefits, with exposure to global payroll operations.
- Ideally have previous experience leading a global payroll provider RFP or extensive exposure managing a reward/payroll transformation project.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing cyclical reward processes (pay review, bonus cycles).
- Familiarity with systems like Workday (ideal, not essential).
- A proactive, hands-on approach—you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves and making things happen.
