We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading international law firm, to assist them in their search for a new HR Manager.
This is a new role in their London office, to work as part of their highly collaborative team, whereby the successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the employee lifecycle and delivering initiatives that align with firm values and goals.
Responsibilities will include:
- Leading day to day HR operations.
- Managing the London HR and Secretarial teams to ensure teams are motivated and the business takes a client centric approach.
- Handling employee relation matters.
- Overseeing right-to-work checks and visa processes.
- Advising Partners and Managers and coaching HR support.
- Overseeing the whole employee lifecycle.
- Supporting organisational change.
- Driving opportunity initiatives.
- Managing compensation and benefits reviews.
- Improving and maintaining HR policies and systems.
- Ensuring GDPR and compliance with regulations.
The firm are offering a competitive salary & benefits package, and hybrid working arrangements are in place.
Suitable candidates will have proven experience as an HR Manager or HRBP, ideally within a law firm, although professional services environments will also be considered. We are seeking applicants with knowledge of employment law, CIPD qualified, and proven management and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated experience with Workday is highly desired.
