HR AdvisorSalary: £34,000 - £37,000The Role We're looking for a hands-on HR Advisor to support our logistics and manufacturing operations. You'll be the go-to person for managers and employees, handling everything from employee relations cases to recruitment, while keeping us compliant and our people engaged.

What You'll Do - Provide expert HR advice on employee relations, performance, absence, and disciplinary matters
- Manage complex ER cases including grievances, capability issues, and redundancies
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and organizational change projects
- Coach managers on people management and HR best practices
- Keep policies up to date and ensure compliance with employment law
- Deliver HR metrics and reports to drive decision-making
What We Need - Solid HR generalist experience, preferably in logistics, manufacturing, or similar operational settings
- Proven track record handling complex ER cases independently
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build credibility quickly
- Confident decision-maker who can juggle priorities in a busy environment
Desirable - Union or TUPE experience
- Understanding of shift-working environments
