The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our HR function, delivering an efficient and professional service to colleagues at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
- Maintain accurate HR records, files, and systems
- Support the recruitment process, including drafting job adverts, arranging interviews, and preparing offer documentation
- Assist with onboarding, such as preparing induction materials and managing new starter paperwork
- Process employment changes, including contract variations and payroll notifications
- Respond to general HR queries from employees and managers
- Contribute to HR projects, initiatives, and continuous improvement activities
About You
- Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role (desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to build positive working relationships
- Competent in Microsoft Office and comfortable using HR systems
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
