Reed Business Support are partnering with a reputable and growing organisation based in Tonbridge, Kent, who are looking to recruit an experienced HR Officer / HR Generalist to join their HR team.

HR Officer / HR Generalist The role:
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide comprehensive HR support across the business, acting as a key point of contact for managers and employees on day-to-day HR matters.
HR Officer / HR Generalist Key responsibilities:
• Providing advice and guidance on employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance management
• Supporting managers with HR policies, procedures and employment law queries
• Managing recruitment activity, onboarding and inductions
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
• Supporting learning and development initiatives
• Assisting with HR projects, policy updates and continuous improvement
• Supporting payroll and benefits administration where required
HR Officer / HR Generalist About you:
• Previous experience in a generalist HR role (HR Officer / HR Advisor / HR Generalist)
• Good working knowledge of UK employment law
• CIPD Level 3 or above (or working towards)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, proactive and able to manage a varied workload
• Confident supporting managers across different levels of the business
HR Officer / HR Generalist What’s on offer:
• Salary between £28,000 – £35,000 depending on experience
