We’re recruiting a Payroll Implementation Manager (Ireland) to lead the setup of a brand-new Republic of Ireland payroll as part of an international expansion.
This is a delivery-focused role, building an ROI payroll from scratch and ensuring robust processes, documentation and controls are in place ahead of go-live (January 2027).
What you’ll be doing
- Leading the end-to-end implementation of a new ROI payroll
- Working with an outsourced payroll provider (currently at tender stage)
- Designing payroll processes, controls and process maps
- Managing testing, validation and go-live readiness
- Ensuring compliance with ROI payroll and tax legislation
What we’re looking for
- Strong Republic of Ireland payroll experience
- Payroll implementation experience in an outsourced environment
- Deep understanding of payroll operations and systems
- A project-led, delivery mindset
Role details
- Salary: Up to £65,000
- Location: Hybrid – 1 day per week in Rushden
- Contract: 12-month FTC
- Hours: 37.5 per week (flexibility available)
