HR Manager – London
We are seeking a HR Manager for a well-established and fast-growing IT MSP based in London. This role will be working in the office Mon-Fri and due to significant growth this company are now looking to take their HR internal.
Key responsibilities

Take ownership of the HR department for the business which currently consists of 30 employees

Create and develop internal HR policies and procedures to ensure the company is efficient and compliant

Own the full employment process from onboarding through to progression and offboarding when applicable

Lead probation reviews, annual reviews and performance management frameworks

Manage employee relations including disciplinary, grievance and absence processes

Take complete ownership of all HR systems and processes, with a mandate to modernise and improve

Replace and enhance current platforms (including BreatheHR), implementing more advanced, scalable solutions

Take full ownership of all business accreditations and compliance framework (such as ISO)

Recruitment process definition, interviewing and attraction
Desired Experience

Proven HR Manager or senior HR experience within a growing business

Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice

Experience working with external legal advisers

Experience managing or supporting ISO accreditations

Experience with Investors in People (ideally Platinum)

Commercial awareness and ability to think beyond traditional HR

Highly organised, proactive and confident in driving change

Strong personality with the ability to influence, lead and deliver
