HR Manager role for a multi site SME
Client Details
Our client is an SME Aerospace Manufacturing organisation with sites across the UK.
Description
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Oversee the recruitment process, including workforce planning and onboarding.
Manage employee relations, ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution.
Provide guidance on performance management and development plans.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Identify and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Monitor and manage HR budgets and related reporting activities.
Collaborate with leadership to support organisational change and development.
Manage 2 HR Administrators
Report directly to the CFO Profile
The successful candidate should have:
Proven experience in human resources within an industrial/manufacturing setting.
A strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR projects effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A relevant degree or professional HR qualification.
Commutable to Hinckley 5 days per week Job Offer
Competitive salary c . £65,000 +
Performance-based bonus of 17.5%
