Job Overview
New Recruits Professional Services Ltd is seeking an experienced, driven Branch Manager to lead and develop our Cowley, Oxford office. This is a hands-on, 360-degree role, ideal for someone with a strong background in recruitment or a similar sales-driven industry who enjoys building relationships, leading from the front, and growing a high-performing team.
You will manage a small team of consultants, while also remaining actively involved in business development, client management, and candidate delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Full 360 recruitment management, from business development and client acquisition to candidate placement

Lead, mentor, and motivate a small team of recruitment consultants

Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Identify new business opportunities and drive branch performance and revenue

Ensure compliance, high service standards, and recruitment best practice

Plan, prioritise, and manage workloads effectively to meet targets

Maintain accurate CRM records and recruitment activity reporting

Share on call rota and Out of Hours Mobile phone.

Must be Flexible to Liaise with Clients with Check-ins on site, (Earlier starts maybe required)

Take ownership and accountability for your branch progress and personal targets.
About You

Proven experience in recruitment or a closely related sales-driven industry

Be able to demonstrate Strong sales orientation with a results-focused mindset

Confident leader with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a small team

Highly organised with excellent time management skills

Professional, articulate, and confident communicator

Computer literate, comfortable using CRM systems, Outlook, and recruitment software and Microsoft programs.

Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of branch performance
