Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Join a large seafood restaurant in the Southwest as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing their renowned guest experience by attracting and developing exceptional talent.
- Salary: £16.00 p/h
- Temporary until September 2026 - covering a busy recruitment period finding Chefs, Kitchen Staff and more!
- Full-time 9:00-17:30
- Location: Multiple sites with flexibility to travel
This position reports directly to the Head of People & Culture and works closely with the Operations Manager and Site Management Teams.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for critical roles, particularly in management and culinary positions, ensuring a consistently outstanding candidate experience. Develop innovative recruitment strategies and strengthen our employer brand through various channels.
- Coordinate all aspects of onboarding, including documentation, system setups, and first-day inductions. Ensure compliance with Right to Work checks and maintain accurate employee records.
- Manage and coordinate training across the business, ensuring alignment with Rockfish standards and operational needs. Oversee the Learning Management System, ensuring content is up-to-date and training completion is tracked.
- Assist in coordinating wellbeing initiatives, employee surveys, and internal communications to enhance engagement and uphold Rockfish’s culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment and/or learning and development coordination.
- Strong organisational skills, exceptional accuracy, and a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in HR systems, ATS, and learning management systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Flexibility to travel across Rockfish sites as needed.
