Boden Group is hiring a Recruitment Delivery Manager to take ownership of our delivery function and play a key role in our next phase of growth. This is a hands-on leadership role with real influence -perfect for someone who wants to move beyond day-to-day delivery and help shape how a function operates and scales.
Your Role:
As a Recruitment Delivery Manager, you’ll work closely with the Managing Director and senior leadership team to drive performance, improve processes, and build a delivery model that supports long-term commercial success.
You will:

Own and deliver the end-to-end recruitment delivery strategy aligned to business growth

Lead, coach, and develop a team of delivery consultants to maximise performance

Improve fill rates, speed to hire, and overall delivery efficiency

Build and strengthen talent pipelines across key sectors and regions

Partner with Account Managers and 360 consultants to forecast and drive NFI

Implement best-practice processes, systems, and ways of working

Enhance client experience, retention, and service consistency
You:
To be successful in the role of Recruitment Delivery Manager, you’ll have the following skills and experience:

Experience in a recruitment delivery, resourcing, or talent function

Proven ability to lead, mentor, or develop consultants

Strong organisational and operational mindset with a focus on results

A people-focused leader who can motivate, coach, and build capability

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
You may currently be a Senior Delivery Consultant, Delivery Team Leader or Recruitment Manager looking to step into a Recruitment Delivery Manager role with more ownership and impact.
