- Act as a trusted advisor to managers across a diverse workforce (field and office-based)
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, absence and performance matters
- Coach and upskill line managers to build capability and confidence
- Support people initiatives, change activity and ongoing business growth
- Ensure consistent application of policies, procedures and best practice
- Work closely with Business Partners and the wider People team to deliver a joined-up, high-quality HR service
You'll report into the HR Business Partner for Operations and be part of a supportive, 12-person People team known for collaboration, pace and strong business relationships.What you'll gain

What you'll need to succeed
- Solid experience in an HR Advisory role, ideally within an operational or field-based setting
- Strong employee relations capability with confidence handling complex cases
- A practical, solutions-focused and commercially aware approach
- Credibility, approachability and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Curiosity and a genuine interest in how the business operates
- CIPD qualification or equivalent experience
- Availability at short notice (within one month) is advantageous
