The Opportunity:
In this role,you’lllead learning and development activity across Prestwick Aerosystems.You’llbe responsible forsupporting and implementingthe site training strategy, running the Technical Training School, and supporting managers to build capability within their teams.
This is a hands-on leadership role, working closely with operational and functional leaders to deliver practical training solutions, develop early careers pathways, and support long-term talent and succession planning.
