Our client is looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for 1 month, covering a period of staff absence. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive team and make a real impact by streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
Hours: Full or Part Time. Monday to Friday, flexible start/finish between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Fully office-based role
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive HR administrative support
- Manage onboarding and offboarding activities
- Assist with payroll processing
- Handle seasonal and zero-hour contracts
- Maintain HR systems (PeopleHR experience is a bonus)
- Utilise Microsoft Suite, including Forms, to enhance HR workflows
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in HR administration
- Familiarity with HRIS & PeopleHR systems
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
