HR Advisor

We are seeking an HR Advisor to join our client's team at a major facility: this role is crucial for managing high-volume employee relations, recruitment, and providing dedicated HR support within a manufacturing environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations as needed.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to ensure effective management of the workforce.
- Assist in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating hiring discussions with managers and supervisors.
- Develop and deliver training sessions related to HR practices, compliance, and employee development.
- Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.
- Offer proactive advice and solutions to improve HR operations at the factory level.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong understanding of general human resources policies and procedures.
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certifications (e.g., CIPD) is preferred.
- Experience in managing high-volume employee relations and recruitment.
