We are currently recruiting for a Senior Reward and Performance Manager on behalf of a global law firm.
Reporting to the Director, Performance and Reward, you will be responsible for delivering the firm's UK reward and performance programmes, providing deep local expertise and ensuring that regional requirements are appropriately reflected in global solutions, and also act as the firm's primary point of expertise for reward and performance matters across the region.
The role works in close partnership with regional business leaders, the Global Reward & Performance Lead, HR Managers, CoEs and others and you will also line manage the team.
You should have significant experience in a reward & performance role with a regional or multi-country responsibility, ideally within a global law firm, professional services or similarly complex environment and a strong track record of delivering end-to-end reward & performance and change programmes within a region, including pay review, benchmarking and benefits management.
