Human Resources Generalist (Business Partner)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Support HR needs including talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance.
- Develop HR solutions that align with company goals.
- Manage recruitment processes from strategy to onboarding.
- Handle operational HR tasks and resolve complex employee issues.
- Ensure HR actions like hires, terminations, and changes are processed accurately.
- Maintain compliance with HR records and conduct periodic audits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience at a Business Partner level.
- Either have experience or be comfortable working as sole HR for the UK.
- Strong recruitment and HR process experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to manage sensitive situations.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and HR administration standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong analytical and organisational skills.
