Description

- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process to attract and retain top talent.
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics to support organisational decision-making.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- Proven experience in a similar HR role within the FMCG industry.
- A strong understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience handling employee relations cases with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- CIPD qualification or equivalent would be advantageous.
