Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Senior People Partner, COO, and HR team on employment and people matters.
Coach and advise managers and employees.
Lead complex employee relations (ER) cases and ensure compliance with employment law.
Attend Executive Committee (ExCo) meetings to present and discuss HR matters.
Support talent acquisition and workforce planning across multiple entities.
Review, maintain, and update HR policies in line with current and upcoming legislation.
Oversee employee benefits programmes and provide recommendations and insights.
Contribute to HR strategy development and implementation.

Essential Requirements

Previous HR experience at Manager level.
CIPD Level 5 or above.
Strong employment law and ER expertise.
Ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
Experience handling complex ER cases.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Analytical approach with experience interpreting HR metrics and data.
Strategic thinking combined with pragmatic decision-making.
Willingness to travel to London, Windsor, and other locations as required.
