Working closely with hiring managers, you'll play a key role in delivering against critical hiring needs.Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across Trading Ops and Tech roles
- Drive direct sourcing strategies to identify and engage top-tier candidates
- Partner with senior stakeholders to understand hiring requirements
- Manage multiple vacancies in a high-demand, fast-paced environment
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process
Requirements
- Proven experience as a TA Manager / Senior Recruiter within a trading environment
- Strong track record of direct sourcing for Trading Operations and Technology roles
- Ability to operate in a hands-on, delivery-focused role
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Available for an immediate start or on short notice
