We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team on an interim basis as a ER Specialist, supporting a period of organisational change and complex employee relations activity.
This role is ideally suited to a seasoned contractor or consultant who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, working independently while providing expert HR advice and stakeholder support.

Description
- Lead and manage complex employee relations cases from start to finish.
- Support organisational restructures and change programmes.
- Advise managers on:
- Redundancy processes.
- Job description and role changes.
- Consultation activity.
- Stakeholder management.
- Manage and advise on:
- Grievances.
- Disciplinary cases.
- Long-term absence cases.
- Performance and capability matters.
- Provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR guidance to senior stakeholders.
Profile
A successful ER Specialist should have:
- Proven experience as an Employee Relations Specialist, Senior HR Advisor, HR Business Partner, or HR Project Manager.
- Extensive experience managing complex ER casework.
- Strong restructuring and organisational change experience.
- Confident influencing and challenging stakeholders at all levels.
- Comfortable working as an interim consultant/contractor and quickly adding value.
- Typically 5+ years' experience in specialist ER or HR project/change roles.
