We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to support a unique and complex organisation. This high-impact, project-based role involves leading a comprehensive review of recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies in a fast-paced, safeguarding-led environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Conduct a thorough review of end-to-end recruitment processes from attraction to onboarding.
- Focus on improving time-to-hire metrics while upholding stringent safeguarding standards.
- Analyse recruitment data to identify efficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Strengthen the employer brand and develop a more effective attraction strategy.
- Evaluate the use of channels, campaigns, and recruitment agencies.
- Engage with stakeholders across HR, leadership, and operations to gather insights and requirements.
- Deliver clear, actionable recommendations and a 90-day action plan to enhance recruitment practices.
