Overview
We are hiring an HR Advisor to help shape the future of Talent at Publicis Groupe UK. This is a brilliant opportunity to work closely with a Talent Partner, supporting people, culture and performance across a dynamic, multi-agency environment. You’ll play a meaningful role in creating a positive, inclusive employee experience while enabling leaders to make informed, people-focused decisions. What you'll be doing:
- Build strong, trusted relationships with managers, providing guidance that supports a high-performing and inclusive culture
- Advise on employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant outcomes
- Lead core HR processes including performance management, family leave policies, and first-line disciplinary and grievance cases
- Partner on employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, action planning and performance review communications
- Collaborate with Talent Operations to maintain accurate employee data and ensure seamless people processes
- Contribute to wider HR and Talent projects, supporting delivery of aligned and effective people strategies
- Analyse and share people data insights to support informed decision-making across stakeholders
Skills we're looking for:
- Experience in an HR Advisor (or similar) role with exposure to employee relations
- Good working knowledge of UK employment law and confidence applying it in practice
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a genuine desire to learn and develop
- Strong relationship-building skills across a range of stakeholders
- Excellent organisation skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Interest in working across HR disciplines including engagement, development and business partnering
- Experience in media, advertising, digital or similarly dynamic environments is helpful but not essential
