Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner

£35,000 Per Annum
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join a growing HR function and support leaders across the business.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives as a trusted advisor, enjoys leading HR projects, and brings strong HR systems expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide HR advisory support, partnering with managers across the full employee lifecycle
- HR project delivery - Lead organisational change, policy updates and process improvements
- Maintain and optimise HRIS platforms
- Manage payroll through external providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Drive efficiency and best practice across HR processes
- Support talent, succession and engagement initiatives
- Handle complex ER cases with fairness and consistency
- Deliver coaching on HR policies and systems
The successful candidate will ideally have the following:
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
- Strong experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist
- Solid HRIS knowledge
- Confident leading HR projects and interpreting HR data
- Excellent understanding of UK employment law and best practice
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
