Recruitment Account Manager – Rugby
Salary: £32,404.62 per annum
Location: On-site, Rugby
Ideal Recruit is looking for a Recruitment Account Manager to join our growing team in Rugby.
This is a full-time, on-site based role. You will play a key role in managing and developing client relationships, ensuring high-quality recruitment services are delivered consistently across our client base.
Working closely with both clients and internal teams, you'll be responsible for understanding client needs and ensuring a smooth, compliant recruitment process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend client meetings to build strong, lasting relationships.
Understand client expectations and tailor recruitment solutions accordingly.
Collaborate with management to align on recruitment needs and service requirements.
Source candidates using tools such as Logic Melon, CV databases, online platforms, and open days.
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process.
Handle all associated recruitment administration to ensure timely placements.
Register new candidates and maintain accurate records.
Ensure all compliance requirements are fully up to date.

Requirements:
Previous experience in recruitment is essential.
Full UK Driving Licence.
