Overview
Working within the Global Production team, you will work closely with the Global TalentDirector to implement HR strategies that align with our business goals. The role isinstrumental in fostering a culture of growth and development within a fast-paced,matrixed environment. This requires resilience, adaptability, and a genuine passion fornurturing talent.
Responsibilities
• Strategic Partnership: Cultivate strong relationships with client groups andinternal stakeholders. Become embedded across the business units that yousupport, understanding their unique challenges and opportunities, working withthe Global Talent Director to ensure all HR initiatives align with GlobalProduction’s overarching objectives.
• Data-Driven: Oversee the accurate collection and analysis of key people metrics.Go beyond simply reporting data; extract actionable insights and translate theminto compelling narratives and recommendations that inform strategic HR decisions. Develop and maintain dashboards to track HR trends and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
• Learning & Development: Collaborate with the Groupe L&D team to design andimplement comprehensive learning and development strategies tailored to thespecific needs of your business areas. Champion initiatives that foster a cultureof continuous development, growth mindset, training, and career developmentpathways.
• Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance and support on a wide range ofemployee relations, including cases, restructures, redundancies, TUPEprocesses etc. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation andcompany policies. Leverage support from HR Advisors or more senior teams asneeded. Proactively identify and mitigate potential ER risks.
• HR Projects: Spearhead HR initiatives such as Early Careers, DE&I, and TalentMapping. Develop strategies to nurture top talent.
• Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Champion: Drive initiatives that promote diversity inhiring, development, and promotion. Measure and track DE&I metrics and reporton progress.
• Talent Acquisition: While not directly responsible for recruitment, this role willhelp with talent forecasting, and provide support to the talent acquisition team,encouraging partnership with our internal TA team versus agencies.
• Operations: Support recruitment approvals, promotions, and Groupesubmissions, and manage day-to-day activities within the team to enhance teamproductivity and output.
Qualifications
• Relevant experience in an HR Business Partner position, preferably within a fast-paced, matrixed organisation.• Exposure to creative or production agency environments.• Experience working in network/matrix organisations.• Line management exposure.• A blend of HR best practice knowledge with innovative thinking, able to flexiblyadapt to changing priorities.• Strong relationship-building skills across all levels.• A deep-rooted sense of fun and passion for fostering an engaging, empowering,and meaningful work environment for yourself and the client groups that yousupport.• Proficiency in handling data, interpreting insights, and translating them intoactionable strategies.
