We are a high-performance Formula One Team driven by innovation, precision, and commitment to developing our people. Our Human Resources team partners closely with departments across the organisation to support talent development, organisational capability, and ahigh performanceculture.
As an HR Placement Student,you’llgain hands-on experience across people insights,recruitmentand strategic HR initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful work that enables our team to perform at the highest level in Formula One.
As an HR Placement Student, you will support our HR Business Partners in delivering both operational and strategic people initiatives.You’llprovide analytical, project, and coordination support to improve employee experience, strengthen HR processes, and enable data-driven decision making across the business.
You’ll gain exposure to the employee lifecycle, workforce planning, HR data and reporting, and a range of development, culture, and wellbeing projects that underpin ourhigh performanceenvironment.

Currently studying a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Data Analytics, Organisational Behaviour, or a related discipline, and seeking an industry placement during your penultimate year of university
