Key Responsibilities
- Conducting online research and background checks on prospective and existing clients.
- Using a variety of research tools and databases to identify relevant parties and gather key information.
- Reviewing and analysing information, identifying any discrepancies or risk factors, and escalating where appropriate.
- Supporting client onboarding processes by preparing and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Ensuring high-risk elements are clearly identified, evidenced, and recorded in line with company procedures.
- Working closely with internal teams to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Supporting the delivery of ad hoc projects and taking ownership of specific research assignments.
- Providing clear and accurate information to support project teams in understanding their clients.
- Escalating findings, concerns, and compliance-related issues to management when required.
- Assisting colleagues and responding to queries within a collaborative team environment.
About You
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively.
- Confidence working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Working Hours & Pay
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:15pm
£14.11 per hour, plus holiday pay
