Location: Slough Area
Salary: £28,000 - £33,600 per annum.

Reed is delighted to be supporting a successful and growing educational organisation in the recruitment of a Senior HR Officer. This position offers a varied HR generalist role covering recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, safeguarding compliance and data management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment campaigns, employee relations matters, HR records, compliance processes, absence monitoring, reporting and HR systems administration.
Person Specification
Ideally CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience, 2+ years HR experience, recruitment knowledge, employment law understanding, excellent communication skills and ability to manage confidential information.
