We are currently supporting a large public sector organisation seeking an experienced Learning & Organisational Development Practitioner to join their Talent and Development team on an interim basis.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in supporting organisational transformation, leadership capability and workforce development initiatives across a complex organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deliver leadership and management development programmes.
- Facilitate management development and learning interventions.
- Support corporate induction and employee development activities.
- Contribute to organisational development, culture and transformation programmes.
- Undertake learning needs analysis and develop appropriate learning solutions.
- Deliver and support coaching initiatives.
- Work with stakeholders across multiple services to support workforce development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development activities and identify opportunities for improvement.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience designing and delivering leadership and management development programmes.
- Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience supporting organisational development and change initiatives.
- Ability to identify learning needs and develop effective solutions.
- Experience working within a complex organisational environment.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Coaching qualification, or working towards one, would be advantageous.
