Elevation HR are recruiting for an immediately available Recruitment Advisor to join a manufacturing business in Rotherham for an initial 3 month period.
Following a period of significant growth, our client is looking to bring in additional recruitment support to help manage an increased workload and keep hiring activity moving. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience anywhere from Recruitment Administration through to Recruitment Advisor level, offering flexibility around your experience and the opportunity to get involved across the full recruitment process.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring vacancies are managed efficiently
- Writing and updating job descriptions and advertising vacancies across appropriate channels
- Reviewing applications, CV sifting and shortlisting candidates against role requirements
- Managing candidate vetting and screening, ensuring applicants are suitable for progression
- Coordinating interviews, managing diaries and ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Conducting interviews and supporting hiring managers throughout the selection process
- Providing general recruitment administration and ensuring recruitment records and documentation are kept up to date
The ideal Recruitment Advisor will possess the following:
- Previous experience within recruitment, talent acquisition or a recruitment-focused HR role
- Immediately available or able to start at short notice
- Able to commit to a minimum 3-month interim contract
