HR Specialist – Circa £30,000 + Excellent Benefits | Office-Based, Glasgow
We’re looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our friendly, Glasgow-based team. This office based role offers the chance to take ownership of HR operations across the full employee life cycle, supporting colleagues in both the UK and EU.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and contractual changes
- Ensure compliance with UK and EU employment law
- Partner with payroll to deliver accurate, timely updates
- Advise employees and managers on HR policies and queries
- Maintain HR records and produce key reports
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in HR operations (UK & EU preferred)
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation
- Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
- Confident using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
