We’re seeking an experienced Training Manager to join our engineering business on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and analytical professional to review, refine, and enhance our training function, ensuring it delivers real value and aligns with operational needs.
Key Responsibilities -
Review current training processes and programmes to ensure compliance, relevance, and cost-effectiveness

Evaluate existing training providers and source new suppliers where appropriate

Plan and manage the delivery of training, including scheduling sessions and allocating resources effectively

Analyse learning and performance data to continuously improve training provision

Lead, coach, and support a team of four, fostering development and high performance
About You -
Strong technical understanding of engineering and/or maintenance practices

Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team

Skilled in analysis, with a focus on continuous improvement and problem-solving

Experienced in reviewing practices and managing change initiatives

Excellent project management and organisational skills

Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management capabilities
